Competition Terms & Conditions
- The hazards associated with rocket flight will be thoroughly explained to the prize winner who will be required to sign a disclaimer absolving Starchaser Industries Limited (Starchaser) of any blame in the event of death or personal injury caused as a consequence of participating in the rocket flight activity (prize).
- Minimum age of entrants 21 years (or will be 21 by the time the rocket launches).
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received following the closing date.
- The competition will run from 10th November 2011 until the closing date which will be announced following the successful completion of Starchaser’s unmanned test flight programme.
- Starchaser will provide reasonable advance notification of the date of the launch and shall use its best endeavours to adhere to that date.
- The prize includes travel to the place of launch which may be outside of the UK.
- Only one entry is allowed per person.
- Prior to flying with Starchaser, the winning entrant must be prepared to undergo and pass Starchaser’s medical and psychological screening programme.
- There is no cash alternative to the prize.
- The terms of this competition are subject to UK law.
- The winner will be contacted via email and agrees to co-operate with Starchaser for the purposes of media and publicity exposure. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable amount of time, as decided by Starchaser, the prize shall be drawn again.
- The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
- Starchaser operates in compliance with the data protection act. We will not pass your details on to any third party without your prior consent.
- Starchaser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as it sees fit at any time.
